The Heart Behind Our Mission

In Loving Memory of Dianna Moore

At Timing Is Everything DM, our purpose is deeply personal.

Before we were business owners, we were caregivers for the late and truly remarkable Dianna Moore, a woman who inspired everything we stand for today.

Ms. Moore’s journey changed our lives. She once lived independently, driving herself and managing her daily routine. But like so many others, health changes made it difficult for her to continue driving. What we quickly realized is that losing independence should never mean losing dignity.

No one deserves to feel like a burden.
No one deserves to be treated as less than human.
And no one should have to settle for transportation that lacks care, respect, or compassion.

Ms. Moore required ongoing medical care several times a week, and with that came the need for consistent, reliable transportation. What started as a single call for transportation help soon became many many calls. During that time, we encountered transportation services that we simply did not feel comfortable trusting with someone so important to us—our precious cargo.

Ms. Moore lived by a powerful motto:
“You can complain, or you can do something about it.”

And that’s exactly what Arthur did. While working full-time and caregiving, Arthur stepped in as her dedicated driver, making sure she never missed an appointment. But for us, it wasn’t just about getting her from point A to point B. Every ride was an experience.

Whether it was listening to soothing jazz or R&B, sharing conversation, or simply enjoying a peaceful ride, he made each trip something she could look forward to. And the care didn’t stop at the curb, he made sure she was safely checked in and comfortable before ever leaving her side.

That level of care, respect, and attention stayed with us.

We knew then that this wasn’t just about one person—it was about everyone who deserves to be treated with dignity during life’s most vulnerable moments.

That is why we created Timing Is Everything DM.

Our promise is simple:
To provide transportation that never makes you or your loved one feel helpless, burdensome, or overlooked, but instead valued, respected, and cared for every step of the way.

This is more than a business.
This is her legacy.
